Here at EHDS we are fully compliant with the new Building Code NCC2019 the Residential design code 3.1, AS 3959 Building in a bushfire prone areas, the NAthers energy rating, (all our designs are min 6 star rated) and work with the local authorities to ensure trouble free planning approval and building approval. Sustainability and environmentaly freindly designs assure a possitive future for our familes and the planet.All our designs and plans meet the requirements of all local authorities and AS1100. We can supply certified or uncertified plans at the request of the client, to reduce costs.
At EHDS we have helped many builders and owner builders work through the local government planning processes too, and have helped many owner builders to get their owner builder licence.
When we are designing for a difficult block we are able to carryout our own onsite surveys to ensure that floor heights and drainage are correct, and will give no problems in the future.However our services do not end with the plans, at the request of the builder or owner we often work on site to help the builder or owner builder, with construction ideas and ongoing changes. Our service ends only when the client is fully satisfied.
